OOREENKOMS (DEEL B) & VRYWARING

AGREEMENT (PART B) & INDEMNITY

1. Indemnity / Vrywaring: The applicant indemnifies the IEA, Mossel Bay Municipality and ATKV against any damages, date changes, or cancellations. Ek vrywaar hiermee die IEA, Mosselbaai Munisipaliteit en A.T.K.V onvoorwaardelik van enige eise.

2. Payment / Betaling: Failure to pay by 7 March 2026 results in cancellation. No refunds for cancellation after this date or for bad weather. Geen terugbetalings vir kansellasie na 7 Maart 2026 of slegte weer nie.

3. Trading / Handel: Trading is compulsory for the full 10 days. Sold out is not an excuse. Handel is verpligtend vir die volle 10 dae. Uitverkoop is nie 'n verskoning nie.

4. Rules / Reëls: All municipal rules apply. No drugs, alcohol, or generators allowed. Alle munisipale reëls geld. Geen dwelms, alkohol of kragopwekkers toegelaat nie.

5. Refundable Deposit / Terugbetaalbare Deposito: Will be paid via EFT after successful inspection. Forfeited if rules broken or early departure. Sal per EFT betaal word na suksesvolle inspeksie. Verbeur indien reëls oortree of vroeë vertrek.

6. Structures / Strukture: Must be removed daily (except Joubert Park). Moet daagliks verwyder word (behalwe Joubert Park).

7. Municipality Indemnity / Munisipale Vrywaring: The Municipality retains right of access. Not responsible for loss/damage to stock or injury. Die Munisipaliteit behou reg van toegang. Nie verantwoordelik vir verlies/skade aan voorraad of besering nie.
