Terms & Conditions
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, gazebo’s, umbrellas, extension leads and any other equipment or furniture they might need for the duration of the event
- Setup of stands – Thursday 24th April 2025 07h00 – 19h00. For special arrangements please contact Kallie.
- Trading Hours are:
- Friday 25 April | 12h00 – 22h00 (Vendors own option from 18h00 until late).
- Saturday 26 April | 09h00 – 22h00 (Vendors own option from 18h00 until late).
- Sunday 27 April | 09h00 – 15h00
- Monday 28 April | 09h00 – 14h00
- Spaces are allocated by the festival’s organizers. Your deposit reserves your space.
- No Subletting of a stand is permitted without a written consent from Garden Route Family Festival Management. ONLY Exhibitors specified on the Agreement Contract will be allowed on allocated stands. Exhibitors are also only allowed to brand the space allocated to you.
- Security Services will be visible and active 24/7 during the course of the event.
- Garden Route Family Festival Management, Crew, Farm Owner of the Bartelsfontein Farm and or their respective relatives, CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY accident, bodily injury or harm sustained by ANY person(s), including the Exhibitor, their agents, employees, business invitees and their respective relatives, friends and pets.
- Garden Route Family Festival Management, Crew, Farm Owner of the Bartelsfontein Farm and or their respective relatives, CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY loss or damage to products or equipment.
